All Returned jewelry needs to be in its original condition, tag still attached, include gift boxes and/or velvet pouches, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Items returned that are worn, damaged, or improperly packaged will not be eligible for full refund. A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
